Lisbon, the city chosen for the realization of the XIX International Congress of the SIPE, was precisely the starting point of the Portuguese caravels which crossed the various continents, arriving at India under the captain Vasco da Gama, Brazil with Pedro Álvares Cabral, arriving at Japan, and while making the turn of the planet with the voyage of circumnavigation of Fernão de Magalhães, among so much of other voyages. That allowed the discovery and the contact with different cultures, distant and remote, authentic “new worlds” of knowledge and perspectives on the existence. The creativity and arts represents the potentiality of the human being for the construction of “new worlds”. It is precisely on its use in the therapeutic contexts where the vocation of this Congress is. The applied arts to the therapeutic, educational contexts and others return the possibility of the opening of “new worlds”, in the interior of the individuals. With the advisability of sharing experiments with techniques of the eight corners of the world, we hope that Lisbon can again, during this Congress, being the place of arrival of the knowledge of “new worlds”. The broad topics of the Congress will be: - Psychopathology in the expression - Making possible the presentation of deliberations in this field, like on the applications of the artistic expression on the ground of psychopathology. - Innovation in Art Therapy - Creating an advisability to focus the current “state of the art” of the interventions of the Art Therapy, as well as technical innovations developed in the last years. - Investigation in Psychopathology in the expression and Art Therapy - it is hoped that this Congress that is to say an opportunity for the presentation of work and results of investigation in this field. - Eclectic Prospects - On topics like the phases of the life, social exclusion, the traumatic situations, the interculturality, the innovation and the creativity, the artistic mediation, the artistic and aesthetic experiment, arts integrated in the therapy and education, populations with specious needs, the psychosis, the different with dimensions ones from the technique, the ways of living human like the emotions, the imaginary one, the symbology, sexuality and others. The Congress will be open and have the vocation for the participation of the professionals of different fields: Art-therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy, Psychodrama, Ludo-Therapy, Dance Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychology, Medicine, Psychotherapies of various orientations, nurse Activity, Psycho-Pedagogy, Teaching, Artistic Education, Sociology, Anthropology, Philosophy, Investigation, Aesthetics, Arts, and Occupational Therapy. |
