Diane Waller

DIANE WALLER OBE is Emeritus Professor of Art Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths, University of London where she pioneered training in art therapy and intercultural therapy over 30 years.  She is also a group psychotherapist and has been influenced by Irving Yalom, the systems approach of Yvonne Agazarian and the process sociology model of Norbert Elias.  Her book Group Interactive Art Therapy (2014) is based on experiences of facilitating training in several European countries, both East and West.  Her most recent research explores art therapy groups with people with stroke and dementia. Diane is Hon President of the British Association of Art Therapists.
